What We Look Out For
Condition of Capsule
We’re looking for clean capsules with no signs of leakage, no depressed or distended top
Fill Level (Ullage)
We only purchase bottles that are top shoulder or higher. For Bourgogne bottles, we look for a fill level greater than 3cm.
Label Conditions
We prefer bottles with clean, undamaged labels.
